It depends on your headlights. If they're already oxidized or yellowed, they need to be restored first — ceramic coating seals in whatever is underneath, so it won't clear up damaged lenses. Every restoration we do already includes ceramic coating as part of the service. If your headlights are still new or clear, we offer ceramic coating as its own standalone service to protect them before damage ever starts.
How long does headlight restoration take?
Most jobs are completed in two hours or less — sometimes faster depending on the condition of your headlights. We'll give you a realistic time estimate when you contact us.
How long will the results last?
Our professional restoration with UV-protective sealant lasts years — not weeks like consumer products. Every job is backed by a 3-year warranty. If significant oxidation returns within 3 years under normal conditions, we'll restore them again for free.
Can all headlights be restored?
Most headlights can be fully restored. However, headlights with deep cracks, internal fogging, or damage inside the lens housing may not be restorable. Send us a photo and we'll let you know before you book.
Why not just do it myself?
Retail products use single-stage sanding and spray-on coatings that last a few weeks to a few months. We use professional-grade products and a multi-stage process that removes all layers of oxidation, then apply a professional UV sealant that lasts years. DIY products can also permanently damage headlight lenses if used incorrectly.

Is ceramic coating really included, or is it an upsell?
It's genuinely included. Every headlight restoration we do comes with ceramic coating applied as the final step — it's part of the service, not an add-on, and it's already reflected in the $175 starting price. There is no version of our restoration that skips it. We also offer ceramic coating on its own for new or already-clear headlights starting at $100.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, debit and credit cards, Square, Venmo, PayPal, and Afterpay. Afterpay lets you split the cost into smaller payments over time if that's easier. Payment is due when the job is complete — nothing upfront to book.
What happens if it rains on my appointment day?
We'll reach out and reschedule at no charge. Headlight restoration needs dry conditions to do properly, so we won't rush a job in bad weather just to keep an appointment. There's no fee and no hassle for a weather reschedule — we'll simply find the next time that works for you.
Do you restore fog lights too?
Yes. Fog lights oxidize and yellow the same way headlights do, and they respond well to the same restoration process. Mention them when you request a quote and we'll include them. Tail lights generally don't fade the way headlights and fog lights do, so they rarely need restoration.
What do I need to do to prepare?
Nothing — just make sure your vehicle is accessible when we arrive. We bring all equipment and supplies. A shaded spot gives the best results, so a garage, carport, or shade tree is ideal. If none is available we bring our own portable shade, though natural shade always works best.
